Arrival and departure times.
Usually there will be no restrictions on your arrival and departure times. However, we kindly ask that during busy periods you remain flexible with our key holder to ensure the apartment can be cleaned and prepared for all our guests. Thank You.
Cost of rental payable in full in advance:
Low Season (October - March inclusive) = £200 per apartment per week or £30 per night.
High Season (April - September inclusive) = £300 per apartment per week or £50 per night.
Additional costs paid to keyholder locally:
Mandatory cleaning & laundry charge per apartment per stay = 60 euros.
Optional airport transfers (Murcia San Javier only) = 25 euros each way.
