3. Failure to use the website link to inform the property owner of the cancellation may result in no refund being paid to the holidaymaker.
4. The property owner’s key holder may ask the holidaymaker to leave the property without any refund at any time if in their opinion the behaviour of the holidaymaker and / or the holidaymakers or their use of the property is deemed unacceptable.
5. While every care is taken to provide an accurate description of the property, from time to time there may be cosmetic alterations made. The holidaymaker must accept that no refunds are available for such discrepancies.
6. Once booking is confirmed, the property owners will endeavour to ensure their property is available for the dates contracted. In the event of unforeseen circumstances after a booking is confirmed, for example fire or flood, which renders the property uninhabitable, the owners will endeavour to arrange alternative accommodation on the same resort at no extra cost to the holidaymaker. If a suitable property cannot be found, the holidaymaker will be entitled to a full refund of any monies paid in respect of accommodation only.
7. The number of persons using the property must not exceed the numbers agreed on the booking form. If it is found that more people than agreed are using the property, this will be considered a breach of contract and the holidaymaker and all holidaymakers will be asked to leave immediately without any refund.
8. No pets are allowed in the property.
9. No smoking is allowed within the property. If you wish to smoke then please do this outside and dispose of your cigarette ends responsibly.
10. The communal swimming pool is between 1 and 2 meters deep so anyone using the pool, in particular children need to be strong swimmers, wear armbands or flotation devices and be supervised by an adult from the holidaymaker’s party at all times while in or near the water. The owners accept no responsibility for supervision of children while on the resort or your use of the resort facilities.
11. The holidaymaker will be met at the accommodation on arrival by the key holder and given a full set of keys and shown around the features and appliances. It is the responsibility of the holidaymaker to inform the key holder direct of any delays in their arrival time. The owner’s cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by the holidaymaker for changes in travel arrangements.
12. The holidaymaker agrees to keep the holiday property and all furniture, fittings and effects in the same state of repair and condition as at the commencement of the holiday. The holidaymaker is responsible for all damages and / or losses incurred during their rental period and the holidaymakers agrees to make full restitution for any such damages or losses.
13. The holidaymaker agrees to keep the accommodation in a reasonable state of cleanliness and general order for the duration of their rental stay. On departure the holidaymaker agrees to pay the key holder the sum of 60 euro for cleaning and laundry.
14. It is the owner’s utmost concern that the holidaymaker has a pleasant and stress free holiday. Therefore it is the responsibility of the holidaymaker to make any problem known to the key holder immediately it becomes apparent so they have an opportunity to address and resolve it. Unless the above procedure is followed then the property owner will accept no liability for any damages or losses incurred by the holidaymaker resulting from problems encountered during their rental period. The key holder on behalf of the owner will always do their utmost to rectify any problems as soon as is reasonably possible, but it must also must be understood and accepted by the holidaymaker that there will be occasions when professionals cannot immediately be available to rectify a problem.
15. Please respect our place and keep all doors and windows closed at all times to keep the bugs out and ensure the air conditioning operates effectively.
16. By submitting a booking request form through the website www.myspanishplace.com the holidaymaker is confirming that they have read, understood and accept to be bound by the above terms and conditions in full.
